本学は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止の観点から、以下のとおり、入学式を中止し、新学期日程を変更することを決定いたしました。
■ 令和２年度入学式の中止について
４月２日（木）開催予定としておりました「第５０回大阪経済法科大学入学式、第５回大阪経済法科大学大学院入学式」及び「新入生父母教育懇談会」を中止いたします。
入学式は、新入生の皆様の人生における重要な節目となる式典であり、本学では、開学以来、全学で新入生の皆様の晴れの日をお祝いするこの入学式の場を大切にしてきました。折しも、今年度は５０回目の入学式でもあり、本学としては、できる限り、挙行したいとの思いから、開催が可能かどうかの検討を本日まで進めてまいりました。しかしながら、感染リスクを完全に除去することができないとの考えから、中止という苦渋の決断をすることとなりました。新入生の皆様、ご家族の皆様、ご来賓の皆様、本学教職員の健康を確保するとともに、感染予防のため、このような判断となりましたことをご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
入学式の中止について、決定のご連絡が遅くなりましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
■学生証、履修要項等の送付について
入学式の中止に伴い、新入生の学生証及び履修要項等については、4月3日（金）を目途に新入生の皆様宛（保証人様住所）に発送する予定です。
■ 新学期授業について
新学期授業については、４月１３日（月）以降に延期すると案内していましたが、４月２０日（月）の開始とすることを決定いたしました。
なお、授業開始日の変更を踏まえた２０２０年度の授業日程等については、本学ホームページ及び学生ポータルサイトにて、改めてご案内いたします。
■ 新入生集中セミナーについて
新入生集中セミナーについては、円滑な授業の開始に向けて、履修登録等を行うために、以下のとおり実施いたします。なお、先日ご案内しました4月3日（金）?7日（火）の日程は変更し、できるだけ少人数となるように、以下の日程で午前と午後に分けて実施いたします。
４月１４日（火）１０時開始、１４時開始 経済学部 花岡キャンパス
４月１５日（水）１０時開始、１４時開始 経営学部 花岡キャンパス
４月１６日（木）１０時開始、１４時開始 法学部 花岡キャンパス
４月１７日（金）１０時開始、１４時開始 国際学部 花岡キャンパス

【重要通知】
本校为防止新冠肺炎感染的蔓延，特决定取消入学仪式，并调整新学期日程
■取消令和２年度入学仪式
取消原定4月2日（星期四）举行的“第50届回大阪经济法科大学入学仪式”、“第５届大阪经济法科大学大学院入学仪式”，以及“新生父母教育恳谈会”。
对新生来说，入学仪式是各位人生中的一项重要仪式。本校自开办以来，始终十分重视该项全校规模的隆重仪式。尤其是今年恰逢本校创办50周年，校内为成功举办该项仪式，直至今日为止进行了多次研讨。鉴于实在难以保证消除被病毒感染的可能性，故忍痛作出了以上的决定。这一决定是为了最大限度地保证各位新生暨亲属、各位来宾和本校教职的健康，最大限度地降低被病毒感染的风险。希望得到各位的理解与合作。
对未能尽早告知以上决定，谨表示衷心的歉意。
■发放学生证和履修规定
因入学仪式已宣布取消，故各位新生的学生证和履修规定等将于4月3日（星期五）邮寄至保证人住所。
■新学期开课
此前曾经宣布过新学期的课程延期至4月13日（星期一）以后开始，现决定从4月20日（星期一）起开始上课。
由于上述日程的变化而导致的校历的变化，敬请关注本校官网与校园网的通知。
■迎新活动
为顺利进入课程和履修登录，特决定按下述日程实施迎新活动。此前宣布的4月3日（星期五）～7日（星期二）的日程现已作废。为降低参加人数密度，将在上下午分别实施。

Cancellation of 2020 Entrance Ceremony and the Seminar for New Students
To New Students and Families

From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus, the university has decided to cancel the entrance ceremony and change the new school year schedule as follows.
● Cancellation of 2020 Entrance Ceremony
The Thursday, April 2, the 50th Osaka University of Economics and Law (OUEL) entrance ceremony, the 5th OUEL graduate school entrance ceremony, and the "Education Meeting for Parents of New Students" has been canceled.
The entrance ceremony is an important milestone in the lives of new students, and since the opening of the school, the whole school has valued the place of this entrance ceremony to celebrate the shining start of each new student's academic career. This is the 50th entrance ceremony this year, and OUEL has been considering as much as possible whether it would be possible to hold the event. However, the view that the risk of infection could not be completely eliminated led to the agonizing decision to cancel. We would like to ask for the understanding that this decision was made to ensure the health of new students, their families, the guests, and the faculty and staff of the university, as well as to prevent infection.
We apologize for the delay in contacting everyone about the decision regarding the cancellation of the entrance ceremony.
● Sending student ID cards, Course Guidelines, etc.
With the cancellation of the entrance ceremony, we plan to send the student ID card for new students and the course guidelines to the new students on Friday, April 3.
● About the New Semester Classes
We have already announced that we would postpone the start of the new semester classes until after Monday, April 13, but have now decided to start them on Monday, April 20.
In addition, based on the change in the start date of classes, we will inform you again on the OUEL website and the student portal site about the schedule of classes for the 2020 academic year.
● About the Seminar for New Students
The following seminars will be held to register for the classes in order to start the course smoothly. In addition, the schedule for Friday, April 3rd, through Tuesday, April 7, which had been announced the other day, has now been changed and will be held separately, split half in the morning and half in the afternoon to make the numbers gathering together as small as possible, at Hanaoka Campus, according to the following schedule:

April 15 (Wed.) 10:00 start, 14:00 start Faculty of Business Administration
April 16 (Thu) 10:00 start, 14:00 start Faculty of Law
