本学は３月９日付けで、学位記の授与を３月１８日、１９日に行うことをご案内いたしましたが、その後の新型コロナウィルス感染症の拡大状況や、３月１０日に政府より発表された大規模なイベントなどの自粛要請等に鑑み、学位記の授与については、下記のとおり、送付させていただくことといたしました。
学位記を直接お渡しする機会がなくなることは、誠に残念ではありますが、卒業生・修了生の皆さまや教職員の健康と安全を確保するという観点から、このような決定にいたりました。卒業生・修了生の皆さまにおかれましては、何卒ご理解くださるようお願い申し上げます。

关于变更授予学位证书方法的通知
本校在3月9日曾经决定在3月18日和19日发放学位证书。其后，新冠肺炎的感染情况趋于扩大，政府于3月10日呼吁继续减少大型活动的举办。有鉴于此，本校特决定用以下方法向各位毕业生和修了生发放学位证书。
失去了向大家直接发放学位证书的宝贵机会，本校深感遗憾。为了各位以及教职员工的健康和安全，在万般无奈的情况下作出了如此决定。敬希各位的理解与合作。

Changes in the Method of Awarding Degrees
On March 9, the University announced that the award of degrees will be held on March 18 and 19, in view of the subsequent expansion of the new coronavirus infection and the request for voluntary cancelation of large-scale events announced by the government on March 10. The award of the degree will be sent as follows.
Although it is a pity that we will no longer have the opportunity to hand over our degrees to the students directly, we have made these decisions from the perspective of ensuring the health and safety of our graduating students, students, faculty and staff. We would like to ask for the understanding of all our graduating students.

Sending to guarantor (parent) address

Scheduled to be shipped around March 24
