２月２４日、政府の専門家会議から、「これから１?２週間が感染症の急速な拡大に進むか、収束できるかの瀬戸際」だとする見解が公表されました。これを受け、２月２５日開催の、政府「新型コロナウイルス対策本部」は、感染拡大の防止策を講じ、患者が増加するペースを可能な限り抑えるとして、国民や企業に対して、発熱や風邪症状がみられる場合には、休暇を取得したり、外出を自粛したりすることなどを要請しています。
これを踏まえ、本学においては、下記の対応を行うことを決定しました。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いします。
学生の皆様、教職員の皆様におかれましては、引き続き、感染予防のための対策を徹底してください。
記
（１）２月２６日（水）から３月８日（日）まで、全キャンパスを閉館します。これに伴い、特修講座・資格講座も休講します。課外活動は中止し、図書館・演習室の使用を含め学内施設の利用は一切できませんので、ご了承ください。スクールバスの運行も行いません。３月９日（月）以降のキャンパスの開館については、追って連絡いたします。
（２）２月２６日（水）から３月８日（日）まで、教職員は、原則として自宅待機とします。ただし、業務の必要性を考慮し、感染症予防対策を徹底したうえで、一部の業務について実施することがあります。教員研究室の利用及び教職員の出張業務については、禁止します。
（３）大学へ緊急の連絡や相談事項がある場合は、遠慮なく、以下の連絡先にご連絡ください。

关于为防止新冠肺炎扩大临时休校的通知
2月24日，政府的专家会议认为，“从目前起1～2周处于关键时期，新冠肺炎在此期间有可能急剧蔓延，也有可能趋于平息”。在此基础上，政府在2月25日召开的“新冠肺炎对策本部会议”上决定，为防止病情的进一步扩大和尽可能减少病患，要求所有国民和企事业单位在发现发烧和感冒症状的情况下，积极休养并减少外出。
有鉴于此，本校为积极对应起见，特决定采取以下措施。敬希各位的理解和合作。
各位教职员和各位同学都要继续努力采取预防措施，防止感染新冠肺炎。

（１）从2月26日（星期三）至3月8日（星期日），全部校园宣布闭馆。请各位注意，在此期间，特修讲座和资格讲座随之停课；中止课外活动，不允许使用包括图书馆和演习室在内的所有校内设施。校车也将停止服务。3月9日（星期一）以后的相关事宜，将另行通知。
（２）从2月26日（星期三）至3月8日（星期日），教职员原则上在家待命。但为保证业务的运行，在采取彻底预防措施的前提下，一部分业务照常实施。在此期间，禁止教员使用研究室，也禁止教职员的出差。

Campus Closures in Accordance with the Spread of Novel Coronavirus
On 24 February, a government meeting of experts announced its opinion that "the next one to two weeks are a critical moment in regard to whether the viral outbreak will spread rapidly or be contained." In response, the government's "Task Force for Novel Coronavirus," held the following day, has implemented measures to prevent the spread of the virus. In order to control the rate of case increases, it requests citizens and companies to take measures such as taking time off work and refraining from leaving home if they have a high temperature or cold symptoms.
In accordance with these developments, our university has decided to take the following measures. We thank all those concerned for their understanding and cooperation.
We request that all students and university personnel continue to take thorough measures to avoid the spread of the virus.
Please find the details below:
1. From Wednesday 26 February to Sunday 8 March, all the campuses will be closed. Because of this, specialist courses and qualification courses will not be held. Extra-curricular activities will be cancelled, and it will not be possible to use any campus facilities, including libraries and classrooms. The school buses will not run. We shall make a further announcement in due course concerning the status of the campuses after Monday 9 March.
2. From Wednesday 26 February to Sunday 8 March, university personnel (both teaching and clerical) should stay at home on standby. However, some necessary tasks may be carried out as long as thorough measures to prevent the spread of the virus are observed. The use of professors' offices is forbidden, as are all work-related trips by university personnel.
