 本学は、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の防止のために、2月26日(水)以降、学生の皆さまのキャンパスへの立ち入りと利用を禁止してきましたが、現時点での感染症拡大状況に鑑み、3月19日(木)までとしていた期間を、さらに1週間延長することを決定しました。
 以下のとおりお知らせいたしますので、皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願いします。
 


(1)学生の皆さまの花岡キャンパス及び八尾駅前キャンパスの立ち入り・利用の禁止期間を、3月26日(木)まで、1週間延長します。
〇八尾駅前キャンパスにおけるキャリアセンターへの個別相談については、1日30名以内に限り、予約制で実施します。詳細は、キャリアセンターにお問い合わせ下さい。
〇公務員講座(3年生)、ITパスポート講座については、3月23日(月)以降に再開する予定です。詳細については、ユニバーサルパスポートをご覧下さい。
〇各種証明書発給依頼、相談事項や連絡事項がある場合は、電話でお問い合わせ下さい。

(2)学生の課外活動は、引き続き、3月31日(火)まで禁止しています。

(3)各研究所(大阪鶴橋・東京恵比寿)の閉館期間を、3月26日(木)まで、1週間延長します。

 3月27日(金)以降の本学キャンパスの利用については、3月19日(木)に予定されている政府専門家会議の発表を受けて、決定します。決定した内容については、本学ホームページ、ユニバーサルパスポートで公表しますので、ご確認下さい。

 本校为有效优先预防新冠肺炎传染的进一步扩大,自2月26日(星期三)起禁止各位同学进入和使用校园。以后,又决定将上述措施延长一周,直到3月19日(星期四)。
 今天特有以下通知,敬希各位的理解与合作。
 

 
(1)禁止各位同学进入和使用花岗校区和八尾校区的决定再次延长一周,直至326日(星期四)。
 〇八尾校区的就职活动中心的个人面谈继续实施预约制,每天限定30人。详细情况请直接和就职活动中心联系。
 〇公务员讲座(3年级)、ITpasspor讲座预计将于3月23日(星期一)以后开始。详细情况请直接查阅Universal Passport。
 〇包括发行各种证明书在内,如有需要,请事先电话联系。

(2)学生的课外活动继续停止到331日(星期二)。
 
(3)各研究所(大阪鹤桥东京惠比寿)的闭馆期间延长至3月26日(星期四)


 关于3月26日(星期五)以后的校园利用,本校将根据3月19日(星期四)预定召集的政府专门家会议的结果作出決定。决定内容将在本校官网和Universal Passport同时公开,请各位同学及时关注。

Restrictions on Campus Entrance and Use until March 26


In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections, our university has banned students from entering and using the campus since Wednesday, February 26, but in view of the current spread of the infectious disease, the university has decided to extend this ban for another week. We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation on this matter, and we inform you of the following:


(1) The prohibition period for students entering and using the Hanaoka Campus and Yao Campus will be extended by one week until Thursday, March 26.

- Individual consultation at the Career Center at Yao Station Campus will be conducted by appointment only, up to 30 people per day. For more information, please contact the Career Center.
- Civil service courses (third year students) and IT passport courses are scheduled to resume on Monday, March 23. For more information, please see Universal Passport.
- Please contact us by phone if you have any need for consultation or announcements, including the issuance of any certificates.

(2) From Wednesday, March 18 to Thursday, March 19, we had been planning to hand over the diploma for graduates in each seminar class, but this will be discontinued. Graduates will now receive their degree (diploma) by mail, or other delivery service. We will contact you again with further information.

(3) Students are prohibited from conducting extracurricular activities up to and including Tuesday, March 31.

(4) The closing period of each research institute (Osaka Tsuruhashi and Tokyo Ebisu) will be extended by one week up to and including Thursday, March 26.


The use of the University Campus after Friday, March 27 will be decided upon the announcement of the Government Expert Meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 19. The contents of the decision will be published on our university's website and Universal Passport.
