陽春の候、ますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素は、本学の教育活動にご理解を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
皆様におかれましては、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大による未曾有の事態に対して、様々な面で不安を感じておられることと推察いたします。
本学は、学生の皆様の健康と安全の確保を最優先とし、皆様が大学での学修を継続できるよう、２０２０年度春学期の授業実施方法及び授業日程等の取扱いを、以下のとおりとすることにいたしました。
（１） 授業は、全て遠隔授業で実施する。
（２） ２０２０年度春学期の授業日程は、５月１１日（月）から８月９日（日）までとする。
（３）定期試験期間を８月１７日（月）から８月２７日（木）までとする。
授業を全て遠隔授業で実施することは、本学において初めてのことであり、手探りの中での実施となります。学生の皆様にとっても初めての経験となり不安な点もあることと思います。また、社会全体での通信アクセスの集中により、ネットワークが混雑し、思いどおりの通信状態が得られないことも考えられます。ご迷惑をおかけすることがあるかもしれませんが、本学としては、皆様の協力を得ながら、できる限りの創意と工夫をもって、勉学の機会を確保できるよう、最善を尽くす所存です。
具体的な授業の受講の仕方、学生・保護者の皆様へのお願いにつきましては、別添の資料を準備しましたので、ご確認下さい。ご不明な点などあろうかと思います。ご質問・ご相談は、以下の連絡先までお問い合わせ下さるようお願いいたします。

*大阪府からの休業要請を踏まえ、教職員の勤務は在宅が基本となることから、５月６日（水）までは大学への電話をお受けすることができず、メールのみの対応となります。そのため、回答までに時間を要する場合がございます。ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。
*新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大が収束すれば、春学期途中から通常の対面（面接）授業に切り替えることもありえます。その場合は、追って連絡を差し上げます。

值此新春之际，谨祝各位健康，并感谢各位平时对本校教育活动的理解。
相信各位面对前所未有的新冠肺炎，在许多方面都深感不安。
本校将保护各位同学的健康和安全置于最优先考虑的位置，为了让各位同学得以继续学习，对2020年度春季学期授课方法和授课日程作出相应变更，特此敬告如下。
（１）所有课程实施网上授课。
（２）2020度春季学期的授课日程定为5月11日（星期一）至8月9日（星期日）。
（３）期末考试将在8月17日（星期一）至8月27日（星期四）实施。
全部课程采用网上授课，对于本校来说是首次尝试，将在实施过程中逐步摸索经验。对于各位同学来说也是初次尝试，想必会有诸多的不安。此外，由于社会整体通信的集中，估计会导致网络障碍，很有可能难以得到满意的通信效果。或许会为各位带来些许不便，但本校在各位的协助之下，将竭尽最大努力，想方设法保障各位的学习环境。
具体的授课方法和吁请各位同学和家长协助的内容具体记载在附属资料中，敬请留意。如有垂询，请和以下部署联系。

2020 Spring Semester Class Implementation Methods and Class Schedule
Greetings,
We would like to express our wishes for your good health during this season of lovely spring weather, and would also like to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding of the educational activities of Osaka University of Economics and Law (OUEL).
We we are very aware you may be feeling uneasy in many ways about the unprecedented situation caused by the spread of the new coronavirus infection, Covid-19.
With the health and safety of our students as our top priority, OUEL has decided to ensure that the 2020 Spring Semester class implementation methods and class schedule are made as follows, so that everyone can continue their studies at the university:
1 All classes are being taught through distance learning.
2 The schedule for the Spring Semester of 2020 is from Monday, May 11 to Sunday, August 9.
3 The regular examination period is from Monday, August 17 to Thursday, August 27.
This will be the first time that OUEL has conducted all of its classes by distance learning, so it will be conducted in a cautiously progressing process. It will also be the first experience for all the students, so we do expect that there should be some points of uneasiness. In addition, the concentration of Internet communication access throughout society may cause the network to become congested, and there may well be times when we are not able to communicate the way we want. We may be inconvenienced, but we will do our best to ensure the opportunity to study, with the cooperation of all of you, and with as much originality and ingenuity as possible.

*Based on requests from Osaka Prefecture to take a leave of absence and practice social distancing, teachers and staff are not allowed to receive calls to the university until Wednesday, May 6, and will only be able to receive e-mails. Therefore, it may take some time to respond. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*If the spread of Covid-19 becomes settled, it may be possible to switch to a normal face-to-face class in classrooms from the middle of the Spring Semester. In that case, we will promptly follow up and contact you.
