Affairs Division was established to "train
students to acquire a global perspective" and
provides the following services:

Counseling and
advice on studying abroad (student exchange
program, agreed overseas study program, overseas
language training program, etc.) |
| (2) |
Academic exchange
with universities and research institutes
overseas |
| (3) |
Assistance to
international students attending our university
and promotion of international cultural exchanges |

Space
adjacent to the International Affairs Division's
office is open to students to promote contact between
international and Japanese students and to provide
information about study abroad, conditions overseas
and foreign language study. We also have volunteer
language seminars where Japanese and foreign students
teach their mother languages to one another. Students
are encouraged to use these services freely.

| As a forum
for international exchange, the International Affairs
Division has various foreign newspapers, magazines, books,
videos and other materials providing overseas information
for our students. |
